The Space:

This fully furnished studio is designed for comfort and efficiency, with an open layout that makes the most of the space. The sleeping area features a comfortable bed with fresh linens, thoughtfully positioned for privacy while keeping the space open and airy.



The kitchenette is equipped with essential appliances, cookware, and dining basics, making it easy to prepare meals at home.



The bathroom is stocked with towels and basic toiletries and an ample space for storage. Whether you’re visiting for work or a short getaway, the layout offers a smooth, comfortable stay with everything you need in one well-designed space.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire studio apartment during their stay. This includes the living area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and any in-unit amenities.



Kindly note that our heating and cooling systems are adjusted according to the season. We provide air conditioning during the warmer months and heating when the weather gets colder. Thank you for your understanding!

The area is home to the University of Chicago and has a strong neighborhood identity with independent cafes, bookstores, and longtime local favorites.



You’re just minutes from Lake Michigan, Jackson Park, and the iconic Museum of Science and Industry, making it easy to enjoy green space, lakefront paths, and cultural attractions. Dining spots like Valois, Medici, and neighborhood coffee shops are close by, giving guests an authentic Chicago experience in a welcoming, walkable setting.



Getting Around:

Hyde Park is easy to navigate with a variety of transit options nearby. Several CTA bus routes run along 55th Street, Hyde Park Boulevard, and surrounding avenues, providing convenient access throughout the neighborhood and into downtown Chicago. The Metra Electric Line is within walking distance and offers a quick, direct ride to the Loop.



The area is very walkable, with restaurants, cafes, parks, and shops close by. Biking is also popular, with bike-friendly streets and scenic lakefront paths nearby. If you’re driving, street parking is generally available, and major roads make getting in and out of the neighborhood straightforward.

After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
