Great visit to The Village Inn!

We loved our stay at the Village In! It was perfect for our family of five! The location was perfect with easy walking distance to great shopping and restaurants, and just a couple blocks away from the brown and red train lines. The host was great to work with and everything was very smooth!

The accommodations were excellent - clean and comfortable and in a terrific neighborhood. Most things were walkable or a short uber ride away. Just was communicative and helpful. The only thing I’d change was the parking - on street - which can’t be changed. We did find a spot every time we needed one, though it was in the next block once or twice. But I highly recommend the place!

Mom's 80th Bday celebration

We were pleased with the accommodations & the area in Lincoln Park. Host left us a few items in the unit (beer, coffee, creamer, OJ, etc.) Julie Ann was very responsive & prompt. Nice property. The only con would be if you have senior citizens with mobility issues, there are stairs to navigate.

Great place to stay, absolutely nothing to complain about. Great layout, well stocked on everything. Some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a Vrbo rental. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance of the house. Awesome neighborhood Would definitely stay here again

We were traveling with two of our adult children. This home with three bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths worked very well for us. Short walk to train stations for getting around Chicago area and walking distance to some nearby restaurants. Easy check in and check out process.

This very comfortable rental is in the heart of Lincoln Park, close to zoo & lakefront & numerous shops, eateries & cafes. Our most enjoyable times were spent walking the beautiful neighborhoods or sitting on our stoop, watching the world go by. A truly great Chicago experience!

Great Location in Chicago

This home is located on a beautiful street with plenty of shops and public transportation in walking distance. Unfortunately, the outdoor space was unusable due to moldy furniture that was covered in animal droppings. The interior is decorated with quirky furnishings and was plenty large enough to accommodate seven adults comfortably. The place was damp (dehumidifier needed) and not thoroughly clean upon our arrival. Additionally, the shower fixture in the main bedroom bathroom was broken. Overall, the location and space are great, but the home needs some love, cleaning and better lighting.

Excellent Space for a Guy's Weekend!

Julie, Thank you for a wonderful space in a great neighborhood in Chicago for us to gather for the weekend! We got to experience the best of what Chicago offers - a White Sox game, a Bears (preseason) game, Pequod's, and a great, quiet neighborhood that allowed us to walk to great places! The VRBO itself was clean, true to the pictures online, and communication with the host was easy and reliable. We felt safe and secure in the place and had a good time coming together there. Thank you for everything! I'll have this at the top of my list to return to in the future!

Wrigley Field - Morgan Wallen Family Get away

We were a little worried about finding a place close to everything but the Village Inn was way beyond our expectations. The property was fantastic and everyone in our group was very comfortable - from teenage daughter thru early 20’s sons and my wife and I. Located close to everything - very up best and cool area! We are already looking for other Dakota Gals properties to rent in other cool areas! Blown away on how amazing this rental was!

Great Girls Trip House

Six college friends had our annual girls trip/a bachelorette party here and it was great! We had four people stay in one bedroom (bunkbeds and a kind bed with two people in it) and then one in each of the queen bedrooms. The house is cute and functional for six adults to spread out to visit and get ready. The kitchen was well equipped, and sound didn't carry too much, especially with the sound machines in all the rooms - the bedrooms are upstairs and the living area and kitchen are downstairs so those that got up early were able to visit without waking up anyone else. Loved it, thank you!

Had a wonderful time staying at the Village Inn recently with some friends from the college days meeting up in Chicago to catch-up and enjoy the St. Paddy's festivities!
