Absolutely loved our stay at this Chicago property. This house is beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable for you/your guests. Larry was very responsive with the minor issue we had during our stay and came out the next morning. There were basic amenities for us, including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags and plenty of towels for each of the bathrooms. My only suggestion would be to add some more kitchen essentials such as mixing bowls, a sheet pan and oven mitts. Close enough to the downtown area too which is what we were there for. Would definitely stay here again!

Our first trip to Chicago and We stayed at this home for 5 days. What a beautiful home. Everything was great. Larry was awesome. He was easy to communicate with and got back to you immediately. Home was minutes away from the water. And 10-15 min to downtown. We lived it. Thank you Larry for everything. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Luxury without the cost

What a fabulous place. Huge very clean house with lots of room. Can easily fit 4 couples no problem. Yes the house is on the south side but we felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. For the size of the house and all the bedrooms and bathrooms it is well worth the cost. The location is only 10-15 away from Soldier Field, SHEDD aquarium, Field museum and downtown. Highly recommend staying here. I know we will on our next trip to Chicago.

a clean, big and safe house in Chicago

Overall it was a really great experience, the house was super clean, the pictures are telling the truth and within 2 minutes walk you get to the closest bus station. A little longer brings you to the metro line. We will always recommend this

Another great trip!

Headed to Chicago for weekend getaway and stayed again at Larry's property. Our friends were impressed with the entire house and had such a great time. Kitchen and living room was perfect space for dinners and watching the games. The property again was immaculate, spotless and made us feel at home. Anytime we come to Chicago, will always look to stay here as it is our home away from home now!! ;-)

Birthday trip!

Absolutely Beautiful Home for a Conference Stay

This has been the BEST place I've ever stayed! We had 5 adults sleep comfortably in this beautiful, safe, and extremely clean home without any issues. The decor and roominess is amazing!! Parking on the street was no problem. Larry was respectful, kind, courteous, and responsive to all messages. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home for a Concert Trip

We had 6 adults in our party, including two couples, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The updates to the house are beautiful and Larry was incredibly responsive to any messages. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but up and coming and we never felt unsafe. The few things that could be improved around cleanliness were communicated with the owner and he said they’d be addressed. Extra towels and blankets for that large of a home with so many bedrooms and bathrooms would have been nice, but for only two nights we were okay.

This had to be one of the best places I have stayed in a while. It’s beautiful, clean and safe. I was with a group of 6 very classy women and we were all very impressed with the decor. Although everything was tastefully intact, when I reached out to the host, he was very responsive and met our need immediately. I will stay here again and recommend to many! It made my trip that much better. Pictures don’t do the home justice, YOU really have to see it. Stay HERE, you will love it!!
