The room we stayed in was… okay, but not worth what this hotel is charging. There was a concerning white stain on the carpet near the bed, the AC was insanely loud, the rooms were really small, and the bathroom was quite literally the size of a closet with a tiny sliding closet door that didn’t have a handle so you couldn’t even fully close or open it. The microwave did not work, and neither did the mini fridge (which we didn’t notice until after our food had gone warm in). Breakfast was your standard hot hotel breakfast. Parking is pretty limited so don’t be out super late if you don’t want to miss getting a place to park - the lot is huge because it’s connected to like 5 other hotels, however, you’ll get a giant tow sticker/have your car towed for parking in the wrong sections (we parked directly behind Sleep Inn but missed a sign that it belonged to the other hotel, and had a huge obnoxious tow sticker stuck to our rental car. Oh, and did I mention parking is $20/day? We paid $48 in parking alone and did not even know parking wasn’t free until after we booked. The location is alright, super close to Midway airport and not far from downtown, but that’s about the only positive here. Again, this would be an okay stay if it was a $50-60/night hotel, rather than than $100 and additional parking. Skip this one and choose one of the nicer ones in the same complex.

You get what you pay for honestly. I had a one queen bed non smoking and it was small but for the price it was well. There is plenty stores and restaurants nearby.

The "supervisor" Tatiana was seriously so horrible she made me cry when I walked out. I was embarrassed, I almost never cry about anything. Her tone and response to such a simple question was unprofessional and hateful. Then when I asked her why she was upset with asking her about breakfast she asked the sweetest other woman at the front desk to "deal with me" because she "wasn't going to go back and forth with a customer." If she is a supervisor like she claimed, this hotel will have a difficult time succeeding. She should not be customer-facing. I felt so bad for Monique who had to work with her at the front desk. She was the sweetest most helpful person. I've already informed as many people as possible to NEVER visit this hotel. Any amount of money is worth not staying here. I would have rather slept at the airport than experience that.

This motel is in a collection of motels a few bus stops from Midway Airport, so very convenient. A shared, free shuttle makes transportation even easier. Free breakfast is pretty basic; a TGIFriday’s is a block away. My room was small but quiet and sufficient. My one complaint is that there was a mildew smell, which I think was coming from the AC. Otherwise, this is a good place to stay one night if you’re flying out of Midway.

Paid online only to show and get charged for using a credit card. Tried to charge me deposit twice. Out of two rooms one was in ruff shape with broken handles and dirty mattress other rooms ac didn’t work well. Not worth the cost of stay and the breakfast was terrible. Do not recommend!

I reserved a non-smoking room, when i got in there, the blankets and bed sheets has cigarette burns on them. And when sat on the bed in my shorts, my legs got rashes. So i started disinfecting the sheets and pillows, there were locks of female hairs under the blankets. So I requested a room change, the new room has cleaner beds, but all the bath towels were yellow and one of them has pubic hair tangled in it.

Not the cleanest. Breakfast was cold. In our first room we were invaded by ants, on the beds all on the desk. When we picked up the tv remote as well They were just all over the room.

I would imagine that the average guest would stay for one night to catch a flight from Midway. For this it is ideal and amazingly quiet, and one of the lowest rates of all the hotel chains nearby. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

I didn't like the point that 6ou are not told about the extra fees when you book a room. Then there are roaches in the room. I didn't like that at all. I saw a rat run down the hallway. Need better condition I will not book here again
