Auberges de jeunesse à Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park

« The room was not ready on time and staff was nonchalant about it. The room was not cleaned properly and the shower soaps were empty. The facility was fully booked and over priced. No doubt they were not adequately staffed for being fully booked which does not change the facts! Very disappointing as previous stay was great. »

« Chambre correcte et propre »

« Breakfast was great! Very affordable room but very basic and small. »

« The staff that checked us out was sarcastic and rude - the elevator was broken and the front lights were off so it was pitch black at the entrance. The bed sheets weren’t clean, the toilet was broken and the rude clerk refused a refund. Absolute joke of a stay. »

« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« Room was clean, pet fee is $75…a bit much in my opinion. We had a good stay. »

« Nous sommes arriver tard et nous avons eu un super service! Le dejeuner etait meme inclus finalement! Le lit est super confortable et les chambres sont propres! »

« Hotel neuf, personnel souriant. Belle piscine et jaccuzi intérieurs. Belle salle de sport. Le buffet du soir est inclus mais il n y a guère de choix pour les végétariens et les plats n étaient pas très bons. Petit déjeuner un peu décevant. »
