« Everything started ok but when I went to get some Ice could not find any so called the desk and I had to go down a floor for the Ice no Ice on my floor. The room was nice but hard to get the temp steady it would get hot and air would come on at it was way to cold so at night I would get hot then cold need to fix there setup air on window and control on other wall. Then I wanted some coffee and no coffee maker in the room called the desk and had to go down to pick up a coffee maker. So I was...

« Upon check in, we learned the pet fee was an additional $75. The beds were too soft. There was no microwave in the rooms so we had to go down to the lobby and use a common microwave. There was no coffee machine in the room. They had an ice machine but no cups provided in the room. The breakfast was good.

« The front desk clerks were very nice, rooms were nice, bed was comfy and pillows were fluffy, anything you wanted to eat was so close you can walk to them. The only thing that should change is the breakfast. The only thing there was waffles, Danish, apples and yogurt, no bread, no cream cheese, no cereal. No nothing... Else. »
