« Everything was handled beautifully from beginning to end. We were in room 5, upstairs and it felt like we had a lovely studio apartment all to ourselves. The room was laid out beautifully and the soft colors of the room were very relaxing. Very quiet spot, even though it's less than a block from the highway. Beautiful neighborhood to walk through. We particularly enjoyed spending some time in Bidwell Park. Our only regret was only having one night there. We are already looking at our schedule...

« We only stayed one night and it was very comfortable. It is a tiny home as describe. This is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Nevada City....very short drive and very quite location. Host was very helpful and right next door. »

« This efficiency studio-like stay is located in a great, quiet community with charming setting. If you are looking for a getaway, this is one to consider. There is no TV, so no distraction. Water pressure is low in this unit, so be prepared for longer wait times on hot water. Access to the next door unit were loud and could be heard talking and walking up and down the stairs. »

« This is a great house with a wonderful pool. It isn't heated so keep that in mind if you travel in cooler months. The house had everything we needed. The wifi worked great, I needed good internet for work and school. There was plenty of room for our large group. »
