« This is our third time coming to this location for our family vacation. Weâve been coming to chincoteague for over 25 years and have stayed all over the island, east and west side. This place has become my immediate families go-to spot as my uncle and brother have similar properties on the island, this is our âusâ time escape. It hold a special place in our hearts as itâs also my 4 year olds primary Chincoteague memory. Amazing views of the lighthouse conveniently tucked in the corner of Fiddler...

« Very pleased with the location and unit itself. Right next to the steps but luckily my son wasnât bothered. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely choose to stay again. My only complaint is with chincoteague as a whole - way too many flies and mosquitoes. »

« The property is NOT AT ALL what it looks like from photos. The building is old and kind of âghettoâ. The parking area was very poor and we ended up parking in the mud as the grass was all torn up. The host communicated with us but we decided not to stay and went to a local hotel instead as the property was THAT BAD! There was something running down the wall in the bathroom.
