« We had a wonderful three night stay in this beautiful home which is located at the end of a lovely quiet road.??The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing our meals and we enjoyed grilling out as well. We loved reading on the shady screened in porch each morning listening to birdsong and watching horses nearby. We enjoyed relaxing together on the big comfortable couch watching movies in the evenings. During the day we hit some great nearby coffee shops and had a blast at the beach on...

« This place is just like the pictures. If you want a place to sit back relax and enjoy the view this is for you! Bed comfy place clean screened in porch we lived on. Pool is nice and next to the pool are picnic tables and a beachy area. If you want to take a boat tour to see ponies I recommend Riptide Pony Tours the Captain was very knowledgeable we got to see a heard of horses and the light house. Dolphins were not out but we were not disappointed. We will go back!’ »

« This house was wonderful! The pictures looked nice online, but the finishes inside and the views from the back porches exceeded our expectations! We could see Assateague Island, the bay, the lighthouse, and beautiful flocks of birds from the porches. The peacefulness of the home and quietness of the area was a highlight for our families. « Neat, clean, cozy, with a coastal vibe. Just the right size for the 2 of us, although there's enough room for a few more people if needed. Close to shops, the National Park, beach. Wonderful to have the outside shower to ride one or sand before going into the cottage. Grateful for the air condition units. »

« We absolutely loved the location of the property - so walkable and bikeable to so many fun things, and nestled in a neighborhood with a great vibe. Easy communication with the host when we needed it, too. »

« Perfect location and very comfortable house. We had three adults and a child with us and all had space so we weren’t crowded but still could gather for meals. The screened porch was lovely. Watching sunrises from the pier in the morning was beautiful and we even saw dolphins swim by. »

« The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean and well equipped! Our family live the nightly sunsets and sitting on the dock for morning coffee. Plenty of room for relaxing too. The neighbors are so friendly and sweet. »

« We booked this at the very last minute so we could clean out our father’s home (he passed the week before). It was perfect for our needs. One caution…the grass has tiny little burrs that stick to socks and flip flops. Nothing to do about them but if you have a dog, check their paws. We were even able to add an additional night easily when the clean out took longer than we expected. I would recommend! »

« My family and I love the property. It was perfect cozyand charming. We all took advantage of the sun room or Florida room. That is where we started our day with coffee and breakfast and ended our day with cocktails. It was pleanty of yard space for a four legged family member to play. Perfect location quiet section of town close to the beach, Island creamery and the beach. The host Joe was great at responding to messages. We will lookfor this property again when we come back next year. »

« Our favorite place to stay in Chincoteague. It’s clean and cozy and in walking distance from lots of food and fun. The beach is a very quick drive away. We can’t wait to come back! »

« The place was as advertised: comfortable, clean, in good location.The property managers were easy to reach and very helpful.We stayed during the off season (mid-December) and many establishments were closed. The VRBO fees were a bit excessive considering it was off-season.Overall, we had a very relaxing and pleasant trip »
