« It was a very memorable stay for our family here. The view was exceptional. The best part about our stay is having Frankie coordinate everything for us from pick up at train station, dinning, tickets to Zhangjaijei National park to the ins and outs of the area. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating. I would love to stay here again next time I visit. »

« This is seriously one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff were absolutely incredible -- they helped plan out my itinerary, arranged all the tickets, provided transportation. They didn't get into any games if up selling stuff. Everything was just honest support. The rooms and views were spectacular. Super clean. I rarely give reviews but the staff here are deserving of recognition. Absolutely one of the best places I've stayed. »

« It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. If that was solved, it would be perfect. »

Établissement très propre, le service de chambre est parfait. j’ai même eu le droit à un plateau de bienvenue avec des fruits. « L'hôtel est vraiment super, très agréable et d'un design fait avec beaucoup de goût. La chambre comme sur les photos, très propre et aucun détail n'est laissé de côté ! L'hôtel dispose d'un bar restaurant proposant café et petits plats pour se restaurer jusqu'à 23h quand tout autour est déjà fermé depuis longtemps. L'équipe est très pro et tous parlent anglais, c'est très pratique. L'hôtel est situé à 300 m de la station de bus et est situé au pied de la montagne, ce qui permet d'arriver au...
