« The hotel is situated in a practical area of Chittagong and offers extremely good services, great breakfast and good food in the restaurant on the top floor, where there is a very useful swimming pool. . Airport pick up service is remarkable as well, as the courtesy of all the staff. The only complaint could be related to the high cost of alcohol ( 15 euro for a glass of wine is really too much also in Bangladesh) »

« Single room is very basic and doesnt look like photos. Windows have gaps. Many mosquitos get into the room. Staff kept asking for tips. 1st employee asked for tip when i requested soap. Concierge asked for tip when i requested toilet paper. At midnight 12 am 1st employee banged loudly on my door while i was sleeping and turned the handle while attempting to enter room. After i woke up and opened the door he told me the reason for his midnight banging: he wanted a tip. I chased him to the office....
