« There was no back up toilet paper no hand soap. There was a glob of hair on the carpet by the bed. There was an animal scratching in the wall at night behind my bed. My room was 104, next to the reception fireplace.
I went to the reception desk 2 times, called out and no one ever came. This was about 9am and 11am. »

« The stay was okay, but there’s some issue with the toilet that takes it forever to flush and stop running. I also didn’t like seeing hair on shower walls when we arrived. But, I did like how they return the incidental fee back to your card quickly. »
