Fiona helped me to navigate through the complex process of reterieving a lost item through the Didi app as a local phone number was required. We managed to get back our jacket. « Booked the executive suite with wonderful view on Chongqing and the illuminated skyscrapers. The hotel is an excellent location 5 min walk away from liberation square and the main shopping street Jiefangbei. Hotel room was very spacious and the super comfy Westin heavenly bed, that I really love. Hotel staff is very helpful in organizing trips and buying tickets. If you are there, you should definitively take a day trip to Wulong including Longshuixia! Will choose this hotel again, next time I...

« Located on the 25th floor of the building, our room is huge and offers a good view. Room has all the necessary amenities and the location is great with louhan temple just next door, ba yi road and hongya dong a short stroll away. The room itself shows signs of wear and tear but our main complain would be that the lifts are also shared with offices and hotels on the other floors, thus it may take a while go up and down from the room. « It is the worst. We have to sign a contract that we promise that will leave before 12:00. And the water inside the room is 68 RMB/pc, just normal Evian; the room is not clean at all, no windows can be opened for fresh air; swimming pool is very small; breakfast is very noisy and a lot of people and very less to eat; this hotel is crazy for money!!! »

« Located in CBD pedestrian food heaven. Amazing food stalls are everywhere and easily accessible to metro and bus. The hotel is also super clean and nice. The bar at 29th floor is rotating with a 360 view. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Chongqing. It is on the higher end but well worth the price »
