« The breakfast was adequate. The room was dusty. The lady said they had been doing construction work in the room and they tried to get all the dust out. The comforter was blood stained. Also there was no shampoo in the dispenser. The lady at the front desk said they were having a hard time finding housekeeping workers. They were down to one that day and the wives of maintenance workers were helping clean the rooms. The people I dealt with at the front desk were very pleasant. The rest of the...

« The room was clean and the view was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond for our entire family. We were attending a family reunion so it was over 100 of us. Breakfast was great and we loved the restaurant as well! The staff made our experience so great! »

« I have been in the hotel industry for 36 years, I currently work for Marriott. I was in Owensboro for EMS training with Air Evac Lifeteam for my part time Job as an EMT. The hotel was clean and well kept. I am an early riser and getting a hot breakfast at 6:30am started my day off right. I was there for 2 nights and it very quiet and peaceful and helped get a good night sleep. I will return in the future and will stay there again »

« I liked that this hotel had an option to have a sofa sleeper. Being a family of 5 it can be hard to find a room to fit us all. The only thing is, when we opened the sofa sleeper there were chips under the cushions. The breakfast was a nice amenity. We had a lot of people eating when we went down for breakfast. They seemed to be keeping up with the demand on the food. Wish they offered hot chocolate(kids) and French Vanilla creamer for the coffee. »

It was obviously a known issue because the staff asked if it smelled moldy when I said it smelled bad. Our 2nd room had some lights and a the bathroom fan that didn’t work. The 3rd was well maintained and quite clean. The pool got the most attention, which was comical considering the small of some of the rooms. I gave them 5 stars because the staff, specifically Freddy, went...

« They can most definitely do better. »

« Your low quality hotel for a stop on the road, surroundings are dull, equipements used, employees are great »

« Very close to restaurants, shopping, parks. The property was very clean and the staff was beyond friendly »
