« We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The location of the property is excellent - a short walk to so many places in the central downtown area - tons of great restaurants nearby. The parking was easy and very convenient - inside parking garage parking spot. The building is new and the apartment is modern and up to date. The kitchen is fully equipped and has both a clothes washer and separate dryer. We were there in the winter and the heating worked well. The host was great at communicating. ...

« Beautiful & clean property will all amenities one might need. I loved the coffee machine & the stunning views of Hagley park. Great location at centre of town. No allocated parking but I had no trouble getting parking right outside the property each day. Only downside is that the property is on the 3rd floor with no lift option. I struggled a bit carrying my luggage up and down, but it was worth the trouble as the accommodation was beyond stunning. And I look forward to staying here in my future...

« That was a little bit confused when located the lockbox as there are quite a few lockboxes around. Maybe a photo of the lockbox would be helpful and more convenience. I think the room can be cleaned a bit better. The dinning table, the chairs had some stains, dried sauces mark when I checked in. I would have to clean them again. Location wise, it is close to everything, all within a short walk. Thumbs up. I will recommend. It was overall a pleasant stay. »

« The good: Clean inside, close to everything, great location. Wi-Fi. Secure parking. The not so good: Dirty outside including a used makeshift ashtray with cigarette butts and just generally dirty outside with rubbish laying around. Very noisy, both beds, very uncomfortable.
