We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.

You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $350, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.

review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.
