Lichfield city stay with a super king suite in Christchurch

Spread out over three levels in a townhouse with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private courtyard. The top-floor super king bedroom has an en suite, with a queen bedroom and a single bedroom completing the sleeping layout for five. Fibre Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and laundry support longer Christchurch stays. Stairs are required.

The top floor has the super king bedroom with an en suite and the nearby single bedroom; the queen bedroom is on the second level. Enjoy the lounge’s 55-inch TV, full kitchen with Nespresso machine, two heat pumps, fibre Wi-Fi and workspace. A washer and dryer, bidet and private courtyard are provided.

Guest access
The entire townhouse and courtyard are private. The home spans three levels and requires stair use.

Location and transport
A Lichfield Street city base for exploring Christchurch cafés, restaurants and attractions.
Free public street parking is available on a first-come basis, subject to local signs. No parking space is reserved.

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD$30 per hour.

4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
