Shower curtain was moldy-it was replaced quickly. Deadbolt on door in need on repair-staff did attempt to fix. Elevator carpeting horribly dirty and needs replacing. Staff was very helpful but it is time to fix up this property.

I want to cancel my stay because of unsafe area, they Said I can’t, so I left 4 hours after I check in , didn’t feel spending the night.

Pool was ice cold and dirty. Pool room was filthy with rusted screws on the ground. Pool room door and handicap lift was rusted. Room service does not empty trash daily. You only get new towels every 3 days.

Our room was ok. There were stains on the carpet and mold in the shower. The room was also missing the hair dryer, and there was not another spare. Overall the hotel needs to be upgraded and remodeled. The ice machine wasn’t working. Breakfast food was on the cold side and nothing fantastic. Front counter staff was helpful in trying to get another hair dryer, but unsuccessful.

It seemed like in the middle of some much needed renovation-our tv wouldn’t work at first and discovered it was some kind of short in the plug-after a literal spark it came to life. Our room had a hole in the wall looked to be awaiting a cover and no trash can in the room. Also called down to front desk and got no answer. But the price and the fact they we just wanted to sleep for the night made it worth the down sides. And we got a free breakfast that was ok

I booked a hotel with a pool. I asked upon arrival - she said I could go in tomorrow (it was closed for the evening) but it would be cold. Heater hasn’t worked for quite some time. I BOOKED A HOTEL WITH A POOL! I forgot a bag in the car so I go out to get it and try to come back in - door handle is completely gone! No access using side door - now I gotta walk all the way to the main doors. I tell the lady, show her a pic. “Oh, yeah - we’ve been having trouble with that. Needs to be fixed”. I said “That’s strike 2!” Then she asked “What is strike 3?” Really?!? Very poor customer service @ front desk.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty. Mold in the shower, thick layer of dust, and trash in the drawer from the guests before us. They gave us one wash cloth and 3 towels for four people. When we asked for more we were expected to bring the used ones down to the front desk. We put them out in the hall and they were not picked up. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool. After getting swimsuits on my 3 and 5 year old grandkids we got to the pool and it was not heated. When we inquired we were told "we don't advertise a heated pool." I was unaware I had to ask, I have never stayed at a hotel that did not have a heated indoor pool. At breakfast there were bagels and no toaster. When someone asked about a toaster they were told "someone broke it a while back and we haven't replaced it." How much does it cost to replace a toaster? The hotel is understaffed and it shows. I have stayed at Wyndham Hotels before and never had this experience. Very disappointed 😞 n this experience.

The elevators were filthy and stunk. The hallways were torn up and never cleaned. We walked past a chip in the hall for three days. There was no trash can in the bathroom. Just very run down and not maintained. Staff was nice enough though

We booked a suite and the layout was fine. It is in a great location relative to the highway. The issue was the cleanliness. Strong odor in the elevators. Carpet in the room itself needed to be cleaned.
