Very pretty condo

Condo was very beautifully and well stocked. We had a lovely stay. Highly recommend. A piece of advice- keep the key in the keypad by the door. We locked ourselves out the first night and had to contact the owner. She was quick to respond and have someone on island let us back in. Thanks again Brandi and Cyd!

The unit had everything stated in the listing. We used the beach chairs and coolers to pack a lunch and try out different beaches. Owner responded to our emails super-quickly. The complex was peaceful, and we enjoyed our visit.

Central location on the waterfront

Great family condo for our family of 4. Everything was spotless, the kitchen was loaded, beds comfortable and outdoor patio with dining table was awesome! The girls loved the pool and the parents loved how close everything was from our condo! Brandi was extremely responsive and check in was a breeze. We visited the entire island, stopping by the boardwalk multiple times upon our stay! Definitely recommend :)

Amazing, beautiful condo

Our stay at this condo exceeded our expectations!!! Very spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for our 7 week stay and more! Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, closets, and lots of extras (even a safe for valuables, though we never used it) Kitchen had many appliances, kitchenware, and everything you could need. Great location to downtown Christiansted, we rented a car. Safe and gated. Only minor downside was the beach area had lots of seaweed while we were there, but we visited all the other beautiful beaches St Croix has to offer. Brandi was very responsive and got back to us quickly! My brother rented a similar condo in the same community and was very pleased with his stay as well. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be keeping this place in mind for our next visit to St. Croix!

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I, along with our college age son spent a long weekend at this wonderful property. Everything was magnificent! Every room had a ceiling fan, the beds were comfortable, it has a lovely patio for coffee in the morning, plenty of beach towels and chairs, and a fully stocked kitchen. Whatever you could be looking for in that kitchen you will find. The proximity to Christiansted was great. We could take a quick run into town for breakfast at Toast, coffee at Virgin Island Roasters, and much more. We did visit Sugar Beach several times as the pool was not open during our stay, which was fine with us. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great place to stay!

Everything was exactly as we expected. Very clean, lots of towels, giant washer and dryer, and clean drinking water with excellent pressure. The beach right in front was great. Excellent snorkeling right at the condo. If you do go snorkeling there just keep on going straight out. There's some sand and seaweed directly by shore out to 25 yards or so but it's only 3' deep there at the most. Then you get into grass for the next 100-150 yards. Some conch and sea urchins there but not much. It'll then drop to around 20-25' deep and that's when it gets interesting! There's giant starfish there almost 2' across! If you can keep going another 50-100' yards you'll get to the start of the reef. It'll get shallow enough to stand up in some of the sandy areas to take a break, adjust your equipment and see all the reef fish. If there's a wind there will be a current so 1) don't go alone, and 2) don't go if you're not in shape. As long as you heed both of those it's really worth the swim. Also in the bay there are BIG stingrays you might see. Straight out from the rocks there's a bunch of tires that are forming a reef (intentionally placed there). There's lobsters and fish gallore there and it's not nearly as far as the reef itself. In the evenings and into the night the tarpon wander down to feed from the boardwalk where they hand out during the day. My wife and kids got buzzed by a 4-5' tarpon at sunset. It came within a foot of them. No problems.

Estate Golden Rock Review

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Brandi's condo in St. Croix. The location was perfect -- a short drive to Christensted (about 8 minutes) and walking distance to a beach. There was plenty of space for our family of four. There was also beach gear provided that was super handy on our excursions of the island. Brandi was super helpful, responsive, and provided recommendations prior to our arrival. It saved us time in doing research on restaurants and activities. We definitely recommend this condo for your stay in St. Croix.

Cool, chill spot

This is a nice place with everything you will need to have a chill spot to hang out and explore St.Croix. The condo complex is on the water, beach access is at the next building a short walk away. Unfortunately during our stay the Sargassum Seaweed was choking the beaches on that side of the island. We found beautiful beaches in on the other side of the island. This condo is well situated to get places easily, a car is needed. The condo is very well equipped for a pleasant stay.

My sons and I throughly enjoyed our stay in Brandi’s condo in colony cove. Everything was as described in the listing and the place was immaculate and stocked with everything that we needed. The beach items came in especially handy for our stay. I would definitely choose this spot again for my next visit to St. Croix.

A great get away in Paradise!

Perfect location - We actually walked out the door and were on a semi exclusive beach where you can snorkel and see the ocean's wonders while swimming with sea turtles. Wow! The Island has a warm welcoming feel and this continues throughout this very clean, cozy decorated rental. Everything felt new in/at our VRBO and it truly felt like home. There is two bedroom, large living room and kitchen with a covered patio/deck. Plenty of room and did I mention very CLEAN! There is also a pool that we did not use with the ocean right there. All of this was walking distance to the boardwalk with shopping and great dinning options. Check in was very easy and the owners were very helpful with local options when asked for suggestions. They hooked us up with local fishing charter where we caught Mahi-mahi and Wahoo that we cooked at our rental doesn't get any better than that! We were pointed in the right direction for dinning, scuba diving, site seeing and options to get the most out of our vacation. Only down side to this vacation, was a departure date. We simply did not want to leave but rest assured, we will be back! Thanks you for a great place to vacation and all your help along the way. We are already checking our schedules of when we can get back to the Island and hopefully be able to rent your VRBO once again. Thanks!
