It is a home with an independent entrance and garage on the same level.
Thas a bedroom with a 1.50 cm double bed with its corresponding bedding, as well as bedding for the 1.35 cm sofa bed in the living room. A full living room, a full kitchen (with utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator), and a full bathroom (with a shower, towels, gel and shampoo, a hairdryer, and a personal hygiene faucet). Air conditioning and heating are available in all rooms. There is a terrace with a washing machine and a dining area. The house is on the ground floor, with easy access throughout the house, thanks to 81 cm doors. There is also a parking space at the same height. We also have a Smart TV and FREE Wi-Fi. We also have a travel cot with bedding available for children under 2 years old, FREE of charge, upon request.
All areas are private and can be used without any problem. We offer an additional cleaning service with linen change for stays longer than one week for an additional charge of €35.

Churriana de la Vega is a village located in the Granada plain. You can take walks through the plain, finding the typical tobacco drying sheds. There is a bike path with easy access to Granada. It has a municipal swimming pool, covered in winter and open in summer, with restrooms, changing rooms, and showers. It also has a sports hall, a tennis court, a paddle tennis court, and a soccer field.
It has a Municipal Theater, a Cultural Center with a library, a beautiful 16th and 17th-century church dedicated to Santa María de la Vega, and a 16th and 17th-century shrine dedicated to the Virgen de la Cabeza. It is a village famous for its good tapas bars and fine dining. It is located 5 meters from the Nevada Shopping Center. Go see the Alhambra; if you are interested, we can purchase tickets with a tour guide, to visit the monument or the city.
The beach is 45 meters away on the coast of Motril, Salobrena, and Almuñecar.
The Sierra Nevada ski resort boasts the largest number of skiable kilometers on the peninsula in winter, and in summer offers a wide range of hiking, biking, and other excursions.
Las Alpujarras are our distinctive white villages, with a mountain water source located about 35 meters away. The nearest village begins with Orgiva, Lanjarón, and so on.
Rivers such as the Genil, Dilar, and Monachil are perfect for hiking and biking, and have pools suitable for swimming.
