All filters and vents were filthy, mold on shower curtain, stained linens, dirt and food on floor of room. When I told the gentleman at the front desk, was just told he will look at it, no resolution or attempt to make it better.

NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL!! Staff was very rude!! Room we were put in had a major leak in the ceiling so we were switched to another room. This room also had a leak in the ceiling above the shower. Our original room was supposed to be a king room but we were switched to a double queen room because no king rooms were available. However, when the ceiling started leaking, a king room magically cancelled. The floor in the king room was extremely sticky as was the side table closest to the bathroom. The light in the bathroom would not stay on. The bedding had yellow stains on the sheet and bedspread. Neither of the rooms had carpet so not sure why we were told at check-in that no pet friendly rooms were available. We were told only “corner” rooms were pet friendly. Overall I would recommend staying FAR away from this hotel!

Like I said pets friendly means we allowed pets on charge . We have surtain rooms for pets . Because if we start allowing pets in all rooms smell like pets . Reason to change from carpet to floor because not all people check in mansion that they have pets until we find out either during there stay or at check out . By time we find our pets mess up. Rooms . I love not allowed pets in any of the rooms . Because end of the day this is what we get complain because we refused to have pets in rooms. I wish I would know about day you guys Check out so we can rent room to people need space on business weekend.

I was disappointed that there wasn't even a duvet or comforter on the bed. The toilet ran all night. I was not able to flush it. I was disappointed, thank goodness I was only staying for one night.

On website they mentioned breakfast included. I booked this specific hotel because of breakfast as i am new to that place and i preferred to spend few exta money on food rather than looking for options to eat at other restaurants. Not only the women at the reception was rude but she ignored and left the reception while i was talking to her. I spoke to the manager and manager mentioned he is going to refund my money for my stay later he changed and said they are offering breakfast which is one orange, a cookie and small bar. I did recorded a video where it is mentioned breakfast timings from 6am to 9am. They gave me silly reason that her manager did not take down from the website about breakfast not included. I am very unsatisfied with the service and their rude behavior. I also receptionist arguing with other customer.

Staff was nice and helpful but room was not. Noisy room next door and roaches in room. Linens were dirty and bedding was also. I was told that I could switch rooms if those in it were checking out. I guess they never checked out. I stayed 3 days because I needed place to stay. I regret this decision.

Shower head had a leak out the top of it and to fix it they had the metal ring from the wall shooting it back toward you in a mist spray. Floors where kinda stick and the sheets had a few stains and marks but the staff was amazing and the bed was soft so for a one night it’s great.

You get what you pay for. Breakfast is a bag and go only for two hours like 7-9am on a Sunday which was sad. The breakfast on the website made it out to be a good hot breakfast they must update these things. Looked scary. The shampoo was unable to be opened. The front desk would not give us extra towels.

The room met my expectations, the check in was fast and easy. The staff was polite. It was clean from check in to hallways to the room itself. I saw others reviews before coming here and I don’t see the same issues they were talking about. I had a good experience. We booked here for the Bengals game and would come here again.
