We checked in 12:30 am. We booked 2 rooms one single bed and other one is suite. We supposed to checked in earlier at 3 pm. But we reached late. they didn’t even clean the suite room and get it ready even at next day 12:30 am. Then they clean when we reach there and it took them to 1and a half hour. We requested to give another room but other rooms not ready too. We were with 2 kids. So my friends had to stay in my room middle of night. So we all didn’t get proper sleep. Hotel smells weed too. I will not stay in the hotel and will not recommend anyone to stay here.

Checked in and waited 15 mins for employee to get up and check me in, gave me a room that smelt like someone smoked in it and A/C was broken asked for new gave me a room that someone left the door open and had someone who previously stayed in there and no one cleaned. Third room was fine but hotel elevator were extremely small and always had a wet sticky substance on floors. I wish i was over dramatic but every floor in dinning room and elevator all three days had wet and sticky substances. This is the first time I've ever left a bad review with a hotel and I could go on about everything wrong with this place. I ended up leaving early because of how How horrendous this place was. So your self a favor and dont stay here.

My stay at this hotel was the worst ever. I was traveling due to a family emergency and arrived at the hotel pretty late. I go into my room after a long day of travel and decide to get in the shower. When I got in the shower, I turned around and saw hair everywhere. Furious but also exhausted, I got out of the shower, put on my pajamas, and went to bed the following day. I went to the front desk to complain and show them the pictures of all the hair and asked if I could be moved to another room. They allowed me to move to another room, but first, I wanted to check the room to ensure it was clean. Everything seems to be okay. Before leaving the hotel for the day, I spoke to the young lady at the front desk and asked if I wanted to extend my stay and what the process was; they told me to go back onto Expedia to book another few nights as long as it was the same type of room, I wouldn’t have to move. I went on Expedia and extended my stay for an additional two nights. I called the front desk and told them I extended my stay. The person on the phone said fine. I see your reservation. There is no need to do anything else. I said it was perfect. The next day, the door was open when I returned to the room. I went into the closet, and my suitcase was gone. The hotel failed to call me about any issues, and they assumed I checked out. I immediately asked for my bag, ensured my items were there, and checked out. I will never stay at these properties again!

I had insects in my room, the bathroom wasn’t clean. To make matters worst my reservation wasn’t in their system. Only one staff member tried to help but couldn’t do much but other staff members were very rude and terrible. Even decided to the answer hotel phone while I was explaining ny situation to him. Tried to talk the manager several times. What makes matters worst he was aware of my situation but left to go home that night. Just wasn’t overall a terrible experience.

We arrived late on the 17th to find our room was filthy. The bed had a scab & pubic hair on the sheets. We slept in our clothes on top of the covers. There was also what appeared to blood on the inside of the hall and bathroom doors. The couch was covered in pet hair. The carpet was filthy as well. Obviously not vacuumed as my wife found a quarter on the floor by the bed in full view. We also weren't supplied with shampoo or conditioner. All three containers we're loations.Upon complaining in the morning and showing the scab to the front desk clerk she stated it wasn't her problem. I said it was as she represented La Quinta. She said the room woud be cleaned the for the next night wich it was to a degree. We still had the blood stains on the doors. The next dest clerk upon returning for night two was much better but said we'd have to take the issue up with Expedia to receive any sort of compensation. Not happy with the stay. We we're in town for a graduation and the bad experience ruined our trip. Steve Bacon.

First thing noticed was all of the litter in the parking lot. Got into our room and found a large bag of trash. Told the desk clerk but no one ever came to remove it. The following morning one of the elevators had a large milk spill. Told the desk clerk. Forty five minutes later it was still there.

Looked as we approached that the property was abandoned. Run down. Desk clerk was vaping cannabis in a car parked outside the front door. Bathroom smelled like urine. No Kleenex. No shampoo. No toilet paper holder. TV control did not work. Were told we could only have a room on the 8th floor although the place seemed deserted. Would NEVER stay here again.

These people charged my card 3 times for this stay. When I called to inquire about it the lady at the front desk accused me of lying and hung up on me. I called back several times before anyone answered the phone. I finally spoke to a manager who still lied and said by the end of the day the money would be returned to the card. The money still hasn't been returned

Will not stay here again, pool was down, found multiple pills under the beds along with liquor caps, dirty socks and dust bunnies. WiFi is non existent. Not a good stay at all…

The building smelled like weed. The elevators were disgusting, the pool was closed “indefinitely”, the ceiling tiles were stained and some missing. The floor we were on had the stairwell door off and propped up inside the stairwell. There was hairs on the bed also in the bathroom sink as well as on the shower wall. The bathroom looked like it doesn’t get cleaned. The amount of dirt and garbage under the sink was alarming. The room smelled. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall. The breakfast wasn’t horrible but wasn’t good either. I originally had reserved a two night stay. I arrived at about 10:30 pm and by 11:45 pm I canceled the second night stay. I should have read the reviews, that was completely my fault. I would have never stayed there.

Had to wait 25 minutes before a GSR came to the desk housekeeper said they were on the top floor watching The eclipse. When someone finally came it was not a big deal to them that I had waited 25 minutes. Living area of the room was fine. At 2 am when using the restroom 2 roaches were crawling on the shower curtain . Called the front desk no one answered the phone. Exhaust fan was coning out of the ceiling. There was hair left in the tub. There was 3 bottles of body wash but no shampoo. Left a night early because of the bugs. Called as I was leaving the property to tell them we were leaving GSR did not ask if there was an issue. I did tell her but her response was okay. Will not stay at this location again.

This hotel is just ok. Our room wasn’t stocked with bathroom stuff. The shower was cold. 11:30 pm sounded like the fire alarm was going off. Smelled of weed throughout the hotel. The pool wasn’t working. Breakfast was horrible. They didn’t have hardly anything and the coffee was never available. We always had to ask for someone to make it.

Wow. We have been staying at this hotel for several years on our trips north and south. Last season wasn’t great. This year is worse. We will not be staying here again until they fix the systemic problems. Front desk staff not available, smoke breaks. Room had been addressed by housekeeping, crumbs etc on floor, not vacuumed at all. We were assured that that would be addressed. Didn’t happen. Towels were missing. Front desk eventually supplied those. It took three floors to find a working ice maker. Very disappointing. Not what we expect from this hotel chain. Sad since we like this stop in our yearly trips. We will look elsewhere.

The staff was great . The room was good except for a broken fridge . Was very noisy with 75 right there . Very loud in next room kids yelling untill 2 in the morning one night.

Steven, I'm not sure why you would post a false review. We have no issues with our hot water, as we have brand new boilers that are functioning properly. Furthermore, being that I am the only manager, I have spoken to no one about any water issues, nor would I ever tell a guest that they would need to pay for an additional room just to have hot water. To accuse us of such a thing is disgraceful. Should you wish to speak with me regarding your recent stay, please contact the hotel during normal office hours and I would be more than happy to assist you.

We recently stopped for a night on our way home from Florida this was our third time staying here. Don’t get me wrong but we feel that the property is getting worse the beds are very uncomfortable and the shower drain doesn’t drain very well so hard to get rid of the soap on your feet. Otherwise the rest is just fine go a great rest after a long drive

I had to ask for new sheets the bed was covered in black hair. Went and got new sheets just to find more hair in those sheets. Pool was closed, ice was thrown down the hallway.

Rude receptionist up front got charged 70$ extra for no reason when I clearly told employee it was clearly from this address and had nothing to do with Expedia due to that being posted , and she claimed they didn’t have nothing to with it and rooms were extremely noisey at night time due to highways being right there . Worst customer service and hotel I every been too now I have to waist my time to dispute with my bank for a refund when they had nothing to do with it either.

6th floor hallways were not swept and garbage all over. Our suite sofa bed was unusable because it was disgusting. Our room had not been dusted or swept in awhile. The breakfast area was constantly out of everything including coffee. The front desk girl was very nice but the evening check in guy was not. Told us we had to come down for extra towels.
