The were random times when we would smell sewage. The shower didn’t look like it was cleaned before we got there. My dress accidentally was dragged about one to two feet across the floor in the room and my dress was COVERED in dust. The floor certainly wasn’t cleaned anytime recently.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows could use updating, they were pretty small and flat. The towels were very rough. Breakfast was good.

Dirty bedding. No water pressure. The chair was put together backwards, so when you sit down, you slide out the front of it instead of backwards. The hallway carpet was dirty and looked as if it had not been vacuumed in a long time.

At 1st looks fine, but 1. Towels wete so ruff they almost cut the skin ( had a 9 y/o girl). My wife said dont clean you glasses on them. Front desk dont not answe the phone when called 3 times. Walked down and nobody anywhere. Oatmeal was cold, eggs were tastless, ( need boiler eggs). Had to ask for refills on milk, oj and everything beagles. We will try another hilton in the area next month.

The staff here are always very friendly and immediately helpful with any questions. The property is clean throughout. The rooms and common areas - especially the breakfast set up! We will stay again!

I didn't like paying $100 pet fee for one night stay in a room with waterproff vinyl flooring. Also, the room was very small and hard to fit my pet's bed in on the floor. I'll do my best to avoid "pet friendly" Hilton in the future.

Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and up to date. They were very accommodating and helpful allowing my grandson's soccer team to gather for the evening and eat together in the lobby area that included tv's and a pool table. We all had a blast.

Tru hotels are usually our first choice and this one in Mason treated us just the same as everywhere else! Always kind, always clean, and right across from Kings Island.

Loved the hotel. The walls were a little thin, could hear a lot throughout the night. What really concerned me was the door did not lock. After talking with MULTIPLE other guests, many other people at the hotel had a problem with their door not locking when you shut the door. What kind of hotel has issues with locking the door? It’s a pretty big problem for me. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was great, it’s a shame I would never stay here again because of the locks.

Well Done!!
I was in town for a weekend of rollercoaster riding with my son. The hotel and room were great for a weekend trip like this. Everyone was wonderful and the room was clean and well-appointed. The only "negatives" that I ran into were the lack of water pressure in the shower and the broken ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floors, forcing me to enter the fray of the breakfast area to get ice. The hydration station right next to the ice machine in the lobby did soften that blow significantly. All in all, a wonderful place to stay, highly recommend!!

The hotel is VERY CLEAN and most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is very, very close to King’s Island, in that you can see the Eiffel Tower and several rides easily from the hotel. Because of the building’s “budget” construction, it’s rather noisy. The rooms are not carpeted, which would have helped dampen noise. If you are booking this hotel for romantic encounters, please note that other patrons will be able to easily hear you. The restrooms are clean, roomy, and stocked with dispensers of good products for soap. There are a lot of breakfast choices, but you will be in line to make pancakes. There is only one coffee choice and they only had Coffee Mate, no Half&Half. If they had Half&Half, I would have given a 5 star rating. This hotel seems to cater to a lot of families with kids (and, apparently, people in the process of making them). It’s a good, clean hotel. Please bear in mind that, when you bring lots of kids, it is your responsibility to control them. I never let mine be so disruptive.
