« I booked one nights stay as my daughter and I were at Badminton Horse Trials. I had not researched the location before going so was amazed to enter the beautiful village of Lacock. The whole place is unique and the property is so beautiful. We were met by our hosts Rufus and his wife and they could not have been more welcoming. « excellent location. Parking free from 3pm - 9am right outside the door. Very nicely renovated, good cooking facilities. Very friendly and helpful owner. Only downside for us was the bed is next to the wall so not so easy to get in and out of as a couple when you are old like us. »

Communication ahead of time was prompt and helpful, and check-in was super easy. The property manager was very responsive to one minor issue we happened to have with the oven. « It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient.
