The pictures really don't do this place justice. It is absolutely gorgeous in every sense of the word. The views are spectacular and from every room in the house. Its simply a great place to stay and easily accessible to anywhere you want to go. Jonathan and his team were fantastic all the way around with excellent advice and assistance when needed. This is the type iof place that you look up on the mountain and wonder " What is THAT place like?" Seriously great.

This place is awesome! Very nice villa with amazing sunsets. We really enjoyed staying here but have a few tips for others. We were met by Johnathan who gave us a quick tour of the villa and gave us the keys/remote. We went outside to check out the view and shut the sliding glass door behind us. Here’s the tip. The sliding glass doors lock when you close them. We closed them with the keys and cell phones inside! We were locked out. Luckily we remembered a portion of the front door code and eventually made it in. From then on we used a plastic fork (the stick) to keep it open slightly so it didn’t lock us out again. Highly recommended the stick!There were 2 issues we didn’t see in other reviews. The villa is above a highway and the sound of semis engine breaking can be heard with the pool fountain off. Also, there are houses on the side of the highway below. One of the houses was blaring music most days that’s heard from the backyard.Regardless, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa. There’s a hotel next door with stairs from the villa to the hotel that made it easy to grab a bite with the same view. We loved our stay and you will too!

Dream Vacation

I do not think we could have stayed in a more perfect place. The landscaping, the scenery, the house were all beyond beautiful. The accommodations were just right for our family of 12. The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The management company was responsive and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful vacation in a beautiful country.Betsy

Better than expected!

This property is amazing! We had eight adults and we were all impressed. The outdoor area is set perfectly for large groups. The views are breathtaking, and the birds that visited were incredible. We had toucans in the yard, and macaws and others fly by. The location is perfect. There aren nice restaurants and groceries very close by. I didn't want to leave. I wish we had booked this for another week.

Awesome Home, Pool & View

Home was very well maintained as was the pool & landscaping. YouGetHere staff was prompt & helpful. My daughter-in-law lost her passport & they helped us find it. They also set-up a tour with horses to the Nauyaca Waterfalls which was our favorite excursion. There are plenty of towels for bath, beach & kitchen. Laundry & dish soaps, some spices & cooking oil. You do need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner & bath soaps as the soap provided wasn’t enough.

Our family of eight (adults) enjoyed a delightful week at this beautiful villa. Everything about Vista Encanta was near perfect: four bedrooms with great views of the Pacific, the infinity pool; indoor and outdoor dining, AC to every room, complete kitchen and bar, total privacy.Our two cars (small SUVs) took us to great ATVing with Jungle ATV in Uvita, fishing with Tropic Fins at Puerto Jiminez, surfing with Bodhi Surf in Uvita, and a tour of Manuel Antonio National Park at Quepos. All were excellent.JP, from The Private Chef, prepared, served and cleaned-up a delicious New Years Eve meal that included the tuna we caught in the week.Numerous great restaurants are within a short drive. Conveniently, the best dining was at Citrus and Heliconia, in Ojochal. Try the Bakery in Uvita for fresh baked bread and pastries, plus breakfast and lunch in huge servings!We’ll be back!

Amazing Pool and outdoor area

We absolutely loved the property. Really beautiful and perfect for our two families with a combined 5 boys. Only issue is the hot tub was broken, something us adults were really looking forward to using in the evenings. Also, power went out twice - one planned and one unplanned. Not a huge deal and the property managers brought us ice for our food. Overall I definitely recommend. We loved Costa Rica!

I hate to tell you what I really think about this house, because I’m afraid we won’t be able to use it anymore it will be so booked! We have rented many homes in the Dominical, Uvita area ~ but this is by far the best! We can’t wait to come back! The You get here team, especially Ishmael are the best! So responsive, we only had a couple problems with the house, the air conditioner in my bedroom wasn’t working one day and they immediately had someone on it. The house is beautiful and worked so well. We didn’t want to leave The pool is wonderful ~ The only thing that would’ve made it better is we would have liked heat in the jacuzzi. It’s a steep driveway to the house, but it’s not unmanageable. The restaurant right around the corner, El Castillo was wonderful! And so handy on nights we didn’t feel like barbecuing. The house is in a perfect location, quiet and beautiful. The view from the house changes throughout the day. Low tide, you can see all of the sand bars, and at high tide it looks like you’re right on the ocean! Beautiful sunsets from the pool every night. We saw so many animals, monkeys right in our trees, coitamondi’s, parrots flying over every day, hawks, we even saw a crocodile on the sandbar! Love the Alexa sound system throughout the house. I really can’t say enough about the house, it was absolutely amazing.

Unbelievable place to stay

We had 12 people ranging from 2.5 to 61 years old and all loved staying here. Each room is comfortable, has a bathroom and all but the kids room have a spectacular view from them. We chose days specifically to hang out at the house because the pool and views were incredible. We saw monkeys near the house and a ton of different birds. It was truly paradise!!

House on a hill in paradise

This house is the perfect place for a large group. We had a party of 11 with 6 of them being kids. We had plenty of space. Each bedroom has a bathroom which was so convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and a large coffee pot. The pool was phenomenal and the view of the pacific could not be more beautiful. If you are wanting to relax and not do a lot of excursions, this is the place. We did jet skis and a chocolate tour and both were in Quepos about an hour away. Not a ton of restaurants or shopping near the house, but a Maxi Pali about 15 minutes away for groceries. We took advantage of the service to stock the kitchen with groceries and were glad that we did. It was ideal for our family and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a beautiful place to relax with an amazing view.

Amazing Ocean View Property

My family of 4, and a friends family of 7 stayed at this property for one week over Spring Break. It was stunning! Words can’t describe the incredible views. From the front you saw views of the ocean/pool/ landscape, from the back you saw the mountains and rainforest. The place was exactly as described in the pictures and looked better in person. Clean, spacious, and comfortable, beautiful lighting, landscaping and birds! Neil and his team were very helpful with questions, rental cars, tours and directions. They even provided a grocery service and had the groceries at the house waiting for us. From the VRBO there were numerous beaches, waterfalls, hikes and tours to go on all within 5-30 minutes. We went snorkeling, rented surf boards and stayed home and enjoyed the pool. It was very hot when we went, but there was plenty of outdoor shade on the property. A few things to note: 1. You do need a 4x4 vehicle (as stated), crazy bunny road up to the property. 2. It is a 4 hour drive from San Juan. Once you get to the property there is tons to do nearby, but if you fly in late, you need to stay in San Juan and drive there the next day. 3. The floors are beautiful but slippery. A few more rugs by the pool entrance would be helpful. 4. There were beach towels, but no chairs or beach extras. The only thing that would have been incredibly helpful would have been a beach umbrella. But many beaches had them for rent. Thank you so much for an amazing week! We had a fantastic time!

Breathtaking Views

This Villa was ABSOLUTELY Amazing! The views were breathtaking. When every single local came to the home to provide service for us THEY ALL took pics and videos. The massage therapist our drivers and our chefs all captured pictures. Every time we stepped out of the house we pulled out our camera Front and Backyard! This is how beautiful it was. Speaking of chef the property management help set up the chef for us and the food was delicious. We were the first to stay in this newly renovated property and it didn’t disappoint at all. I’ve traveled to different counties but Costa Rica ranks high on the list and is a must. We flew into San Jose and had to drive some hours to arrive but it was worth it! L Scott~
