„Nice quiet rural setting, yet in the city. Seclusion. The unit itself was super clean, well stocked with juices coffee water and some snacks. The bathroom was updates with crisp marbled tiles throughout. Excellent modern washer dryer units, updated decor, smart tv super cold fridge unit.private parking @ front door of unit. Can't say enough great things about location. VRBO owners fast in responses and very friendly and caring via emails passed. I would not hesitate to stay again! AWESOME ...

„From the beginning to the end the host was superb…Any questions I had they responded to promptly…Very clean home and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our stay…This is now at the top of my list when looking for somewhere to stay in Tulsa…“

„Was a nice place to go after horse show practices and lots of late nights and early mornings. Slept comfortably. Hot water and nice showers. Sharing the drive with a 4/4 truck was a little hard as the first guy took part of our space but 2nd one move over nicely. Internet was fast and appreciated. Was quiet and close to the event center.“

Staying at Victory Properties was the perfect place to do that. Lily the host was very responsive and easy to get ahold of when we needed something or had questions. „Very good! Check in was easy and everything was very clean. The location was great. It was easy to get to anything in Broken Arrow as well as Woodland Hills mall. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked very well for the first week is August. Adam was a very good communicator as I asked him several questions concerning bike paths....etc. Thanks Adam!“

„This loft is sooo cute and has just about any amenity you’d need on a weekend stay. Walks through the historic neighborhood and proximity to downtown were amazing. Everything in the space was clean and new. The hosts were super responsive and very flexible. Would absolutely stay here again for another Tulsa trip!“
