The Wander Llama is a spacious 2,500 sq. ft. retreat designed for gathering after days spent exploring Sedona and the Verde Valley. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two separate living areas, a dedicated workspace and inviting outdoor spaces, there’s plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying time together.

High ceilings, comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout make it easy to settle in. And when the day is done, some of our favorite moments happen outside—soaking in the hot tub, gathering around the fire pit and watching the Arizona sky change as the sun goes down.

The main living room is spacious and comfortable, with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace and plenty of seating for everyone to gather.

A separate office/second living room gives you even more room to spread out. Close the doors when you need to get some work done, or use it as another spot to relax, read or watch a movie.

The office includes a desk and workspace, leather sofa, lounge chair, Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, with peek-a-boo views toward Sedona as an added bonus.

★ KITCHEN + DINING ★

The open kitchen makes it easy to cook, gather and stay connected with everyone in the living areas. It’s well equipped for everything from morning coffee and quick breakfasts before a hike to dinner at home after a full day of exploring.

You’ll find a gas range, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, Smeg drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware and the kitchen essentials you’ll need during your stay.

There’s plenty of room for everyone to eat together, with a dining table for 6, breakfast table for 4 and additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar.

★ SLEEPING — 4 BEDROOMS ★

A good night’s sleep matters—especially after a day on the trails.

All four bedrooms feature comfortable, high-quality mattresses along with blackout curtains, ceiling fans and white noise machines to help you recharge for tomorrow’s adventure.

Primary Suite — King Bed:
The spacious primary suite features a Purple Hybrid 4 king mattress, Roku Smart TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the patio and hot tub.

Bedroom 2 — Queen Bed:
Comfortable queen bed with blackout curtains and thoughtful touches for a restful stay.

Bedroom 3 — Queen Bed:
Comfortable queen bed with blackout curtains and everything you need to settle in.

Bedroom 4 — Queen Bed:
Another inviting queen bedroom, perfect for families or groups traveling together.

Fresh linens, pillows and towels are provided.

★ OUTDOOR LIVING + HOT TUB ★

After exploring Sedona, this is where you’ll want to be.

Slip into the 6-person hot tub and let tired hiking legs recover beneath the stars. Pour a glass of wine and settle into an Adirondack chair around the propane fire pit, grill dinner, or relax beneath the covered patio as the Arizona sky changes overhead.

On clear nights, the stargazing from the hot tub can be spectacular.

The home has two full bathrooms.

The primary en-suite features a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination and serves the three guest bedrooms.

Please note: The primary en-suite bathroom features an open-concept design and is partially open to the bedroom. The toilet is located separately behind a closed door for privacy.

Fresh towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

★ PELOTON + WORKOUT AREA ★

Want to sneak in a workout between adventures? There’s a Peloton Bike in the garage.

Log in with your own Peloton account or simply hop on and ride. Even the workout area gets a little Arizona magic, with peek-a-boo views toward Sedona through the window.

The Wander Llama is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood in Clarkdale. We love being able to experience everything Sedona and the Verde Valley have to offer during the day and come home to a quieter setting in the evening.
