Hill-Billy Hilton Cabin near Mammoth Cave and Nolin Sleeps 16

Hillybilly Hill-ton! HUGE cabin at Nolin Lake. Sleeps up to 16 people. 5 porches, western saloon, large hot tub, firepit, arcade area, luxurious decor and amenities. Huge kitchen w/ frig, ice machine, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee bar, gas grill and blackstone. 2 outdoor showers. 2 washer and dryers. 6 flat screen TV's, games and more. 5 min to Nolin Lake Wax area and 20 min to Mammoth Cave. RV connection and plenty of room to park lake toys. Perfect place for family reunions and retreats.

This unique cabin is a perfect space for large groups. Family reunions, Church retreats, Bachelor/bachelorette groups, and Friend trips all can relax and enjoy the main home, the bunkhouse, the western saloon, the 2 outdoor showers, hot tub, firepit and lovely grounds.

You r welcome to use firewood. But you need to bring your own lighter and lighter fluid.
Propane provided for Blackstone and grill.

1. It is critical you check out at 10 am. We have a very small window to completely clean, launder and set up for the next guests checking in a 3 pm It takes 3 people 5 hours to do this process. We want the next guests to find it as clean and amazing as you did. If you are not gone by 10 am, the cleaners will begin cleaning anyway and you will be charged for an additional day.
2. Smoking allowed outside only
3. Guests must be considerate of neighbors - keep music etc down after 10 pm
4. Guests must stay on the property that they have rented. The community docks, the boats and other residential properties in area are NOT community area's and trespassing is not tolerated. If you go down to community boat ramp or bother other peoples property this is cause for us to cancel your reservation and you will be asked to leave immediately.
5. Any damage to property, appliances, grills, furniture, textiles etc. will be billed back to Guests at replacement cost.
6. Some small events MAY be approved with prior permission of hosts. These need to be disclosed and approved. To host an event without permission is cause for reservation to be cancelled and you will be asked to leave immediately.
7. Upon check out please pull all trash - put in trash cans (must be bagged up) located in front of house.
8. Please run dishwasher and wash any other dirty dishes or glasses
9 Please throw all dirty towels in tub or shower
10. No need to strip the beds, the cleaners will handle take care of this when they come to clean.
11. Please DO NOT TOUCH BUTTON ON HOT TUB MARKED "MODE" this will mess up filter settings and can damage hot tub.
