« Breakfast was very good, great variety. My only complaint is about the coffee machine, it takes to long for a cup to be made and a line backs up, especially if; like me, you’re getting a cup for more than yourself. I liked the pump thermos better. »

« There’s no electric plug for CPAP machines. I had to get down on my hands and knees to unplug the alarm clock and use an extension cord for the two CPAP machines we travel with. I had to wait 20 minutes for my suite to be ready despite arriving a full hour after 4 pm check in allowed. The TV in the lounge area did not work which is part of the point of booking a suite so that tv doesn’t disturb travel companions sleep. « The cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. There’s an overwhelming smell that greets you as soon as you enter the building that sets the standard for the cleanliness of the rest of the stay that is to come:The linens from the towels to the sheets had stains throughout. Paint chipping off the wall in the bathroom and what I could only imagine was grease stains from previous guest on the barely filled toiletries in the shower. « The carpeting in the stairwell could have used a thorough shampoo. The guests in the room next to ours were quite noisy, staying up past 3 a.m. I also called within the hour after checking out to report that I had left my swimsuit hanging in the bathroom. « This has to be the filthiest hotel we've ever stayed at. Do they even own a vacuum? Garbage cans overflowing for 2 days at the breakfast area. « Floors in main area, elevator and room not clean. No soap in one bathroom main floor, breakfast was poorly stocked. Only one luggage cart and it was not available. Staff was not present at front desk (main lobby empty). »

« The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff super accommodating. The entrance is poorly marked and the parking lot entrance is in need of repair. Our stay was perfect for what we needed- comfortable bed and nice clean bathroom 😊 they even had some snacks available at the front desk! »
