„Comfortable, very well maintained property. Beautiful mountain location. Friendly staff. Each 2nd floor room has nice balcony. Check-in/out procedure extremely efficient. Only negatives would be confusing instructions on setting up TV access (took me about 6 minutes to set up) and hard to open/slide balcony door.“

„So happy that I came across Kingwood. I had communicated with the property manager that I would be a late check in and was reassured there would be no issue at all. Upon arrival my guest and I were greeted with by the very hospitable staff.
