« This cabin needs a LOT of care. It was OK for our purposes, because we just needed a place to sleep more than anything, but if we were actually looking to "vacation" or "rest and relax" it left a lot to be desired--especially regarding upkeep and how it was furnished 1. Our sheets had HOLES in them! 2. No toiletries, other than body wash in the bathroom 3. No bath mat 4. Insufficient towels 5. Not enough dishes or mugs 6. No sponge for washing dishes, or anything to clean and wipe down...

There is a lot of junk in the woodshed and in the yard that lent the entire property the feeling of being rundown. Also, there's a lot more cleaning that could be done. There were cobwebs all around the outside of the door and the front porch which could be cleaned up with one quick brush. Also, and I fully understand that it is an animal friendly property, but the smell of wet dog was so...

« This cottage was a great little get away for me, my husband and our pup for a few days during the Spring. The home was well equipped, and very cozy. There was a major ant issue in one of the cabinets by the front door, which we mentioned to the owner, but we just left the cabinet closed for the few days we were there. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, etc. We had asked in advance if firewood was provided, and were told no, so we brought our own...only to find out there were TONS of downed...
