Hotel Cleatlam

« The staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival. The room was comfortable, clean and we slept very well. The spa was nice to relax in and worth paying the extra £20 per person for as you could use it all day. Breakfast was freshly cooked and they had gluten free toast ands croissants and the restaurant food was delicious with a good choice of gluten free options. »

« We've got handi room and we are not handi. Why ? Hôtel is ok for the price. »

« Excellent »

« Location is lovely quiet and picturesque. We were at a wedding close by so only needed the hotel to sleep at, the hotel is a bit in need of a re-furb but very nice staff and the room was fresh and comfortable. The room was clean, bedding and bed were comfortable we did not eat as arrived at 3 dropped bags and headed to wedding.left at 8 in morning Would stay again as we both said apart from corridors and general impression it was a nice nights sleep Plenty parking and nice area for a morning...

« This was a very old historical building in as good of a shape as it could be. Some uneven floors and a lot of steps to get to your room. It was small and quiet charming. The staff was pleasant and helpful. A bus stop was right out the side. Very pleasant. The bed was nice, no air conditioning, but it was fairly cool when we went in August, 2026. They had a fan. We are from Florida so the low 70's was a joy for us for August. »

« Unfortunately my wife had fairly bad illness during our stay, through no fault of the hotel, but I would like to praise the staff, especially the night manager for the assistance to transfer my wife to hospital. »

« Clean room »

« The room smelled badly of smoking. 🚬 staff were okay. Area was sketchy. Sorry but I can’t recommend this place. »
