Working distance to conference center and heart of downtown. Bathroom must have been refurbished lately..very nice!! It is an old building with a very european flair. Breakfast with great variety. Very friendly employees. Unfortunatly this could be related only to my room though, my neighbour next room was recognizable.

Schönes Hotel in altem Gebäude
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Entfernung zur Redline zum bzw. vom Flughafen ca. 8 Minuten. Einuge Restaurants in der Umgebung. In wenigen Minuten ist man uu Fuss bei der Rick n Roll hall of fame.

Upon arrival we find the door closest to the nearest parking garage to be locked. The staff inside indicate that we must walk around the Entire building to enter from the other side. At check in we are told the doors we originally arrived at are for hotel guests only AFTER checking in “for your safety” I remarked how safe I felt having to walk around the entire hotel with all of my luggage and how it made complete sense that they couldn’t let guests in that door until after checking in. Really took the shine off the fun of staying in this beautiful historic hotel.

The property and front desk are amazing 10/10. We returned for a concert to see the onsite eating space had liquor and barfood choices ( wings, etc). Open until 12:00pm. The downsize was the valet parking service- at $39 overnight, the service could be improved. I enjoyed the fitness center, pool and jacuzzi. I plan on staying again on my return to Cleveland.

Drury Plaza Hotel is an historic property maintained in impeccable condition. The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable including the bed for sleeping.The location downtown offers walkability to major attractions and dining. Would definitely recommend.We had an issue with the air conditioning our first night which was addressed promptly by the hotel staff.

Location was great. Near the waterfront, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Euclid Ave. Room with high ceiling was spacious and clean. Breakfast included. Gym and pool well maintained.

I always enjoy staying at the Drury. It is in a cool building that used to be the 1920 Cleveland Board of Education Building, and has the free breakfast and 5:30 kickback. My only issue this time was the room cleanliness. The edges around the room had dirt, crumbs, and even a straw. It bothered me and made me question the cleanliness of the bed and everything else in the room quite frankly. I'm hoping that this was just a one time miss, so I feel comfortable coming back.

The desk clerk verified my identity when accepting my credit card and the names didn't match (it belonged to my traveling partner) which was reassuring. The lady who served us in the restaurant was very nice and efficient. Rooms very comfortable.
