The hotel was in a very unmaintained state. The labels were missing from the elevator buttons, and the table/dresser in the room had a broken door. There were stains on the walls and the floor was dirty and appeared to have not been vacuumed before we received our room. The tv appeared to have a large scratch or crack in the screen. The bathroom vent fan was not working and the toilet paper holder was so rusted staff left the roll on the sink We never received room service to give us fresh towels and soap or take out the trash in the 4 days we stayed here. On the third night we had food or something back up into our bathroom sink. We asked if this could be fixed in the morning and when we returned that night it appeared no one had been to our room all day. This is when we were offered another room to stay for our last night here. This room was only marginally cleaner as the lamp was missing lightbulbs so it didn’t work. In the middle of the night the ac stopped working and it was almost 80 degrees outside so it made it very difficult to sleep the last night of our stay and we had to catch a flight that morning. We also found that morning before we left that the shower drain was clogged causing us to not be able to use it. Also the parking lot was absolutely covered in potholes. We had to go down to the desk to get our door cards reactivated once which locked us out of our room. Overall we had a terrible 4 day stay at this hotel. I would not recommend staying here.
