„Steven was courteous, prompt and was able to accommodate having the unit available slightly ahead of check in. Units were clean, well kept. My only recommendation would be the mattress had a loudness to them due to the mattress protector. Perhaps not an issue for all.“

„Immediately upon walking in, my family felt a sense of home. What a cozy, clean, and comfortable stay! Everything we needed and more. Plenty of room, very comfortable beds, and lots of amenities. I highly recommend this property and especially loved how close it was to Forest City Brewery, The West Side Market, and downtown. We walked almost everywhere. Lovely neighborhood and no problem parking. I hope to visit again!“

„I spent five night at this property to go to three ballgames between the Yankees and the Guardians and to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the house from the A Christmas Story movie. The property was perfect. It was clean and well maintained. All the rooms were nicely decorated and I felt very comfortable the entire time. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Cleveland and I would recommend it to my friends and family as well.“
