« This apartment was perfect for my husbands surgery and hospital stay. We stayed here together the first night before his early morning check in and then i stay the nights he was in the hospital. It was a 10 minute walk from the door of the apartment to his hospital room on the 6th floor. Way quicker than it takes to park in the parking garage and i saved the 10 it costs too! All the amenities of home! Comfortable, affordable, and cozy! They were so accomodating and even let me extend my stay....

« When we arrived, we noticed there was a coffee machine but no filters. Jesse arranged for delivery of filters that evening. Parking was easy and convenient. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Bath faucet was counterintuitive and difficult to work, but we managed. Lots of streaming services which we enjoyed. Kitchen had only scratched teflon pans and no dish rack, nor tea towel. I cooked with my own cast iron pan. Suggest that someone who cooks furnish the kitchen a bit better. I left a dish...

« We came to Cleveland mainly to help move our son back home from his internship, but stayed the extra days to check out as much as possible. This home was a great find, providing a pleasant home base with plenty of room for the 4 of us with temporary storage of his apartment belongings (luckily we didn’t have to provide furniture, but it was still surprising how much he gathered in a year!) « Check in process did not go well when we arrived. There was already someone staying there. Apparently someone was given the key code to our place when they should’ve been staying downstairs. Kind of scary to think that the same code was used in both locations. »
