« The house is wonderfully comfortable and was perfectly located for what we needed. The house had an iron and ironing board (which for me was great). There was also a coffee maker AND coffee with filters. It was a small surprise that made my day. Beds were great and air flow was good as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this home for a comfortable stay! »

« Great little cabin ! Rustic , with no tv or in cabin WiFi, but a comfy little place with all the necessary comforts ! We had a nice time visiting with the goats and cow next door, and our dog enjoyed the land and space also! »

« My daughter totally loved the tiny home. I think her words were, "It's so cute!" But I liked it too, had everything we needed and then some without the needless bloat. Suggestion. Put a unit number on the A frame as well as the tiny house to differentiate if they are technically the same address. We were a bit confused initially as the house was difficult to see at night behind the privacy fence.Overall an outstanding facility and experience. Will definitely stay again if possible. »

« Absolutely loved this place. Located in an amazing area. Quiet and peaceful. The owners were always so quick to respond and helpful with any questions. Everything was very clean and super comfortable. They have it well stocked with your essentials. We travel quite a bit and this place exceeds all expectations. It will definitely be our go to for that area. »

« Cozy Gray House is the perfect name for this home! Everything was perfect. Great coffee and sweets were waiting for us and was the perfect touch. We were in town for a family wedding and only 10 kin from the venue! Beautiful views everywhere you drive too! I have 18 month old twins and other small children, they all had a blast with the toys in the toy chest! Everything was very clean and nice. Beds were extremely comfortable! « The house was adorable and just as described, clean, updated, in quiet and charming part of town close to everything, and with so many great spaces both inside and outside. I have never stayed in a listing that was so well equipped to meet any travel need especially the ones you forgot about, Beth has thought of everything. My two young kids kept asking to go back the whole way home. Next time we go back to Chattanooga we will definitely be staying here or another Beth's properties. »
