« Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended »

« Our stay was a business leadership team retreat. The house was very comfortable for our group of 10. « This place is great, and had everything we needed! Would 100% stay here again. A few minor suggestions:-would be helpful to have more than one key;-the master mattress is pretty hard. Could use a new one or a padded topper;-could use more substantial duvets/ blankets on the two downstairs beds.Again, these items are minor things merely meant to be constructive. « We absolutely love this place! I’ve been on a lot of work trips with my husband and this was by far the best. Chattanooga is a beautiful city and this house is so close to everything. It was so easy to get downtown, or to Lookout Mountain, or anywhere we wanted to go. We loved the location to food and quick necessities. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable. « This beautiful Lake House provided space for toddlers to play & adults to relax. We all enjoyed the big bench swing, yard, lake front & fire pit. Some enjoyed the hot tub.
