Hôtel près de Clifton Park and Beach, Spartanburg, Spartanburg

« Helpful staff; facility seemed clean except for carpet; amenities OK, but basic »

« Plancher de la salle de bain et de la douche malpropre. Miroir de la salle de bain pas nettoyé. Le pommeau de la douche pas nettoyé . Air climatisé bruyant »

« Facility was FULLY under renovations. Right down to jack hammers running in the lobby. I can’t fault them as they are staying on top of maintenance so that’s good. Just made it very dusty and noisy. But I am sure in a few weeks it will look fantastic! »

« La piscine est merveilleuse, le restaurant sur place est excellent, déjeuner avec un petit plus comparativement aux autres hôtels de la chaîne, un jeu de shuffle board et baby foot dans le lobby. »

« Hôtel très propre et tout neuf avec bar et restaurant. Très bonne cuisine Seule chose, piscine non chauffée. »

« slightly noisy near the highway but overall good place to stay, I would recommend this hotel, thanks . »

« Great stay »

« The staff was very helpful providing information about Spartanberg as it was our first trip to the area. Breakfast at the hotel provided good choices. The room was clean. »

« Pas assez d’eau chaude pour la douche »

« The room was relatively clean however house keeping could be better. There were crumbs around the bed frame. The remote had to be wiped down. It was sticky. The toilet is too low for me. It was almost like sitting on the ground. The dining room attendant was very friendly and very helpful. So much so I was moved to give her a meaningful tip. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The road noise from the highway didn't allow me a good night sleep either night of my stay »

« Looks nothing like the pictures. Non smoking rooms smell smokey, rooms half cleaned, no toiletries, ice machine looked like a bacteria breeding ground. Get reading to check in with an agent on a kiosk and have they few people there not even acknowledge you. »

« our rooms were not serviced on Saturday and when I asked about not getting new towels and room cleaned. The lady at the desk said she could not believe that her housekeeper didn't service our rooms. I told her that I didn't lie and she wouldn't even give me a copy of the bill!. The rooms were alright, My son in law was given a hard time when he went to get clean towels, they wanted some kind of coupon the desk is the problem not the rooms. »
