« The property is a bit deep in the woods but just a couple minutes drive away from some places to eat and the lake. It has wifi and a good amount of space for multiple people. I wasn’t able to find the hot tub mentioned in the listing, but I didn’t ask the owners since it got late into the night before we thought to look for it. The owners are good at communicating with customers if you do have any issues though, and they left us good recommendations on local spots. »

« Skoolie was the perfect long weekend getaway. Close to all attractions from the state parks to the adorable town no more than 10 minutes away. Highly recommend and would come back for another long weekend »

« Didn't have to drive. Could walk everywhere and there was a band near the courthouse both nights. Music was great. One thing I didn't like was the bathtub. It was slippery and there was nothing to hold onto. II was concerned about falling in the bathtub. Need a mat and hand grips. »

« Really enjoyed my stay! Had a long weekend and enjoyed going into town and out to the Ozark Forest area, hiking and enjoying the water. Great location and remote as well. The porch is perfect, cabin had everything I needed except possibly a muffin pan but I made it work. Didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit but the rainy evening on the porch was pretty amazing. Would love to stay again! »

« Very clean, very comfortable. Perfect for the two of us. Well stocked with towels and have small conveniences in the kitchen if desired. Though we didn’t need it was thoughtful to offer. Perfectly located to walk all over the square. Note. If someone were to stay in the loft I would say older children to adults. The ladder looks very steep and the loft too high for younger kids. Not at all an issue for us since just me and my husband but if we come back with more people we would opt for another...
