« Wonderful stay at this beautiful house. Beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed and the view was beautiful.! Didn’t realize that people live in the basement when we booked it as nothing mentioned in description. Not a big deal as we never heard or saw them only the cigarette smell coming in when we were on the deck or had the window open. Could be a little cleaner as well as we found party decorations left over from someone else’s stay and food left in the counter. Location was...

« This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...

« I would like a refund, Expedia failed to Email access codes to enter the building and the room we had reserved. When we hadn't received the necessary codes by 4:00 pm (check in time) prior to arrival, We were able to contact Expedia and the after a difficult search they were able to find our reservation. the woman we spoke to finally found our reservations and provided the codes for the building room.
