The staff were great! Very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would have 5 stars if not for four things: 1: No vending machines on site. They do have some snacks for sale in the loby but it was not convenient to purchase items. 2: The ice machine on the second floor wasn't working. 3: The ceiling in the room I was in (425) had waterstains that appeared to be from a room leak. 4: Around the shower had some water damage and needs to be painted and re-caulked. None of these issues caused any problems or would prevent me from staying there again, infact I plan to again later in the year, but they have to mentioned for an honest review.

Clinton trip
We came in for my mother's funeral so it wasn't the best time. The hotel was in a convenient location. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The pool was good. The staff were all helpful.

The thermostat did not work & the heat would not shut off. The room was stifling hot all night long, which ruined our sleep.

Home Away From Home
This was our second time staying at this location, and both times it was a great home away from home. Spacious clean comfortable rooms, and very friendly and accommodating staff.

Everything was so good. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was unusually good with many options and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. Well done !

Stayed the Sunday before Thanksgiving and the Friday after. We picked this hotel since it allowed pets (with a fee). Both times a very nice young lady checked us in, Anneliese I believe was her name. Had a dog area outdoors with bags and a collection can which was nice. Also, lots of area around the hotel to walk. The local restaurant in front of the hotel unfortunately had gone out of business in August, but we did fine with the Zaxby's nearby. Pool was nice and breakfast in the morning exactly what you expect at a Hampton Inn, good standard breakfast foods.

At the front desk there is a sign warning about ladybugs in the rooms; harmless but are getting into the rooms. Says you may see one or two; my room unfortunately had a lot of them. There was a cluster in one corner, two on the ceiling and bunch of dead one by the AC. Told the front desk the next morning, the lady said they had no way of controlling them. This is a hotel is in a small town, I actually grew up there. I have never heard of the ladybug season ever. Also, this property is charging a $150 a night, I don’t think there should be bugs of any sort.

I stay at Hampton for business and pleasure in various cities several times a year. This had what I expected; good size room, work desk, decent gym, good breakfast, nice staff. Did come across a challenge finding the site because you can see it from the road but it’s not well signed of which driveway to use given that is behind multiple other businesses. Had a housekeeping issue as we pulled back the covers on one of the beds and found a large blood stain as well as what look like bug carcasses. Switched to the other bed and it was made up with sheets that were at least one size too small and barely on. Alerted from desk and they will look into it.

We arrived late night but the check-in was very quick and the staff member was very professional and polite. The room was very clean, modern, and extremely comfortable.

Stayed wgile doing some work in Clinton. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here again.
