« We always like our stay! »

« They could not find their maintenance man to unlock the pool, apparently he had the one and only gate key to the pool. At breakfast the served link sausage that looked raw and just generally nasty. The tub in our room was dirty, apparently housekeeping does not scrub the sides of the tub, the tub had a water leak and was also slimy where water stood. »

« Breakfast was excellent! House was quite. Only issue was that we didn't know that kitchen was open to guest on the first day. That is where the homemade cookies, muffin, and coffee is! »

« We enjoyed the pools, putt-putt courts, ping-pong, and pickle ball. The resort was very clean and well kept with the exception of the cabinets in the place we stayed. They looked roughed up if you are concerned about everything being pristine. I believe they are in the process of updating these things. Everything else was very nice, comfortable and the location was great! »

« Nice and clean room! The only issue I had was the bathroom door wasn’t aligned, so it wouldn’t shut. The top hinge plate was not secured to the frame. »

« This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations! We found our room, as well as the facility, to be extremely clean and comfortable. The decor is in keeping with the "lodge" feel. The lobby is welcoming with a massive fireplace and attractive stairwells. The indoor pool is a good size and depth for our grandsons, ages 12 and 9. The check-in and check-out staff were cordial and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was impressive with the amount of items available--waffles, pancakes, french toast...

« We stay at Brookwood Inn every time we come to Branson. : ) You can't beat the price for what you get. Our room was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and we appreciated the free breakfast. After a busy day in Branson, we are usually too tired to stay up late for the cobbler and ice cream, but I bet it's great! Maybe move the time to a little earlier? We love that it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and that there is also pirate mini-golf right next door! The rooms are...

« They try. The rooms are ok and seem clean. They really need to fix the foundational stuff. In our room...Toilet fill valve is messed up, remote falls apart every time you touch it, 32" TV?, clock won't display anymore, sheets are super scratchy...and the worst of all the beds are awful. No support at all, and you can feel the straps through the sheets. For a budget motel its fine and we have stayed in a lot, but for a 3 star we expected a bit more. The remodel they didnt even cut in the paint on...

« The Retro was a nice place to stay. The only thing I would change would be to have another trash can under the table and put down something in the bottom of the tub. The bottom of the tub was very slick when trying to shower. It would have been nice to have some fruit and protein for breakfast. We had to go buy breakfast to get anything healthy. Overall was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. »
