The bed cover and chair in the room had cigarette “burn holes” on them. The room was very dated and any attempt to fix, repair or update was poorly done. The TV in the room was small. « I was in the room 10 minutes before I had a roach skitter across the floor and a bed bug in the edge of my bed. I went for a refund, and they gave me grief even after I showed them pictures with my phone. They said they refunded me finally, a week later, nothing. I called them and they said they cannot refund me. Absolutely disgusting place with a bunch of crooks running the place. They lied to my face, now that I'm 5 hours away, they tell me they won't refund me. Stay away. »

« I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She »

« The advertisement was was 2 queen size beds. We got 2 full size beds instead for the same price. Overall clean facilities »

« The hotel room was clean however the hallways and microwave In the Lobby was not clean. The room also did not have a fridge or microwave so if you travel with drinks or food there is no way to store them to keep cold. They did have an ice machine in the lobby. But ice only keeps food and drinks cold for so long. There is a very small microwave in the lobby which was not very clean to heat food. They had a coffee machine in the lobby but I never saw anyone use it nor did I ever see any cups,...

« The bad first. The room needed cleaning. Trash behind the nightstand. There were dirty spots on the bathroom walls from shower steam condensation that the vent fan could not remove because the vent is plugged with dust. The toilet would keep running; the handle was sticking. You had to wiggle the handle to make it stop. The room refrigerator made noises when it turned on. The good. « Nasty place, boogers on the ceiling and walls. One pillow for a king size bed, hair on sheets and stains on the blankets. Food in the fridge that was molded. Crust nasty chair in the corner with stains. I do not recommend at all. They have a sign our front to lock your car doors that theybarent response for anything that happens. Not a good location »
