„Guter Aufenthalt, auch wenn das Hotel nur zum Übernachten gebraucht wurde. Uns erschient jedoch, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz eher zu Gunsten der Konkurrenz ausfallen würde, auch wenn das Personal sehr freundlich war. Die einzig eingenommene einfache Mahlzeit (dinner) wurde über einen Zeitraum von 2,5 Stunden für 2 Personnen serviert , was eindeutig zu lange gedauert hat. Es ist aufgefallen dass das Personal in allen Bereichen nicht gut geschult ist.“

My top floor room was very comfortable and warm with views across the bay. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive. Great it has a small car park too.“

„The hotel was along the promenade of Llandudno easy walk to main high street, 10 min walk to train station, 10 min walk to Orme tram station the room was comfortable clean and there was tea and coffee making facilities i didnt have a breakfast in the hotel so i cant comment i only saw the staff on the first day to check in on the whole its in a nice location for everything beach, shops, buse and trains, i would stay here again.“
