« It was too cold in this hotel, the heater started at 5 pm and stopped around 9 pm. And then from 6 am until 9 or 10 am, so it wasn't enough for this kind of room in a this kind of hotel with bad insullation, only a simple glass window. The maximum temperature was 14°C. I sleept with pullover !!! And particulary in the shower room with only 12 to 14 °C I will never be in this hotel. »

« It was a nice place and clean until we pulled the sofa bed out and it was dirty, a quick hover wouldn't have done it any harm. Overall its a nice place to stay, we did try and phone the numbers given to inform of the condition of the sofa bed however not one number was answered, we ended up getting the caretaker, who was 100% helpful »

« Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room. « The room was very old tired and out dated with mould up the walls. Worn out furniture and very old uncomfortable mattresses, dirty carpets, rust and mould around the bath and shower, ripped net curtains with what looks like air riffle holes in the windows. The room was ice cold all night we had to stay fully clothed. The whole hotel didnt have any heating on. Other people living in the hotel and other guests was in and out the fire exit door all night slamming it shut every time the door was...

« A perfect stay and will definitely be back. Easy check in, the rooms, 1 and 2, were fantastic and great for the dogs. The facilities in the room were everything we needed. « Grande chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, wifi. Grand parking pas de problème pour trouver une place. Grand choix pour le petit-déjeuner. Si la chambre donne sur la route il peut y avoir un peu de bruit car passante à vitesse assez élevée. »

« Room really dated, with very old bed and linen (even too short to cover from headboard to feet), smelly room as not being opened regularly and never breathed to the outside. WIFI is really poor with difficulties to connect, very low speed and frequent stops. Don't even hop for your mobile network, it's poor down the car park and just non-existent inside the entire hotel. »
