« C’était nôtre deuxième séjour en trois ans Cet hôtel est toujours aussi sympathique, bien situé dans la ville historique, son staff toujours aussi sympathique et le service parfait malgré les contraintes liées au COVID, ce Qui n’a pas été le cas dans plusieurs établissements qui se sont cachés derrière la pandémie pour masquer des allègements de personnel Une étape à recommander chaleureusement !! »

« Great location and an exceptionally comfortable room. It was our second stay here. Unfortunately, there was an EDM concert in the lowest level of the property (a bar). It was loud until well after midnight. »

« Easy access to slopes, restaurant/bar and nearby bus into town for evening meals out. Enjoyed a spa treatment and a few dips in the outdoor hot tub to ear the muscles. Perfect. »

« Dishes were put away dirty. Kitchen dirty. No on-site restaurant. Good WI-FI. Front check in staff very professional-they did assign a wrong room. Understaffed. »

« The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal »

« The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. »

« The pool, hot tub, and restaurant were closed. The hotel was under construction. I booked this place specifically for the pool for my 3 kids. Nowhere did it mention that the place was under construction. »
