Located just a few minutes an 8-minute drive from the pristine beaches of Korora and only 10 minutes from major shopping centres and restaurants in the heart of Coffs Harbour, this is the ideal spot to unwind while still being close to all local conveniences.

The Classic is a cozy studio designed for a maximum of 2 guests. It features a beautifully furnished queen bedroom, complete with air conditioning and a TV with Netflix for your entertainment. The room is elegantly decorated with authentic Italian furnishings, adding a touch of opulence to the modern design.

While The Classic doesn’t have a full kitchen, you can still enjoy convenient amenities, including a pod coffee machine, a small bar fridge/freezer, and tea-making facilities. For a delightful outdoor dining experience, enjoy the large gas BBQ on the deck, with crockery provided for your use. An umbrella-covered sitting area offers the perfect spot to dine with a view.

The ensuite bathroom is a luxurious retreat with an open shower, stone benchtops, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. As an eco-friendly property, The Classic is equipped with solar power, solar hot water, a septic system, and rainwater catchment, ensuring a minimal environmental footprint.

The owners, Carla & Emanuele, reside at the western end of the dwelling and may be available to assist if necessary. There are shared laundry facilities with a washing machine and ironing equipment available for your use.

The Classic is a non-smoking property, and parties or pets are not permitted. Linen, bath, and pool towels are provided. To welcome you to your stay, Carla & Emanuele will greet you with a bottle of San Pellegrino sparkling water upon arrival.
