« It’s the worst stay ever till now. There’s no office and no staff. There’s no proper communication. We already reserved room through online . We called him and he responded in worst manner. At last he told us to find another room at midnight 1 am. I don’t know why people do business without having knowledge. Please don’t go to this motel. Save money save humanity . Thank you. »

« Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est assez proche du Parkway et nous y sommes allés à pieds. La chambre est très grande et donne sur la rivière. C’est calme et les lits sont confortables. Les parties communes mériteraient une rénovation. Le petit déjeuner est bien »

« Great place to stay in Gatlinburg. Having a balcony on the River was refreshing after shopping all day. Loved our stay. After this visit, we’ll always stay at Baymont by Windom on the River. »

« For the price per night, it was fine! We were able to see bears off the balcony and the creek was peaceful! Needed to wash some clothes and the washer and dryer were down-but other than that it was good! Staff was nice and helpful- couldn’t check in until 3pm on the dot. Glad I didn’t arrive too early! »

« Nice place to stay. Staff at front desk were fantastic. Room was outdated but clean. Parking was easy and onsite. Had two older women sitting outside playing loud music at 12:30am. Asked them to please turn it down. They did but weren’t happy about it. Enjoyed our stay overall. »
