Location de vacances de particulier à Colchester

« The condo was clean and well appointed. It was an end unit of 4 attached condos. The walls were paper thin in the unit and to the one adjoining unit. First night I was awoken to loud music at 2:30 am, second night was fine, third night was group partying on the front stoop and 4th night a group of 10 people parked in front of our unit and tried our door first before going to another unit a couple down from us. This was at 11:30pm, quite frightening. I even called 911. Our contract called...

« It was an amazing time and a beautiful setting. »

« The house was cute and well built so was very quiet even from room to room. The location was perfect as we could walk for bagels or to the pharmacy and the grocery stores were close by and wasn’t far from the places we wanted to go. We had no issues, everything was what was promised. We would gladly like to stay here next year! »

« Really enjoyed our stay. »

« Nice home, great location, loved our stay ! »

« Nine of us had a great stay for a long weekend. The house has an ideal layout with lots of inside and outside space for hanging out. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed. The beds are comfy and having three full baths was super convenient. Brian, our host, was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend. »

« Positives: House is in a great location. Close to the lake front area and Church St area. The host had filled the fridge with bottled water and there were many snacks in the kitchen. Even a bottle of welcome wine. Bathroom had a good shower and there were plenty of towels and wash rags. Also extra bathroom stuff like toothbrushes & toothpaste. We accidentally tripped a breaker and the host fixed it promptly. There is a covered outdoor area with tables and chairs that is great to have for morning...

« Girls had a blast at the house and hope to come back someday! »

« This property was perfect for our group of 12! Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Exactly as advertised. We would love to come back! »

« Great house for our company retreat! We had 7 adults and everyone had their own room. Very clean and comfortable. This place has so much space for gathering together in several spots. 2 bathrooms is perfect. Easy checkin and checkout. Highly recommend! »

« What was Dissapointing: The pictures misrepresented the home. Paint is chipping on all four sides of the home so be careful of kids and fur babies eating paint chips off the ground. 2. Second floor bedroom has a brick trip hazard with the fireplace awkwardly in the doorway. 3. Other second floor bedroom had a broken bed. 4. Large black ants in the kitchen and beetles were everywhere in corners and even the shower. 5. No one had raked leaves, organized campfire ring of stones or put yard in...
