Hôtel près de Collections de théières Teapot Island, Maidstone, Maidstone

« The place is just lovely, and the staff extremely nice. Special congratulation to Marc who manages everything in a professional way and with a smile. »

« Tout etait bien »

« Beautiful pub in East Malling (I was there, passing through, between a visit from Spain to various places in the UK). The room (Number 1) was amazing. Every facility possible. The kind staff even put a hairdryer in for me. Ample space, bathroom, fridge, kettle, supply of a continental breakfast, information folder, full size TV, double bed and wardrobe. Spotlessly clean, modern but with a "vintage" feel. Loved it. »

« Séjour d'une nuit. Spa et piscine très agréable. Service correct. »

« Chambre avec un mur moisi, nettoyage approximatif. »

« Lovely rooms with streaming in the tv Nespresso coffee always a plus. Usual amenities, good food offer & reasonably priced. Highly recommend, lovely area with a local village store & post office which is great »

« Very comfortable and clean room, helpful staff and within walking distance to the town. »

« We stayed 3 nights for a family wedding. Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds and good facilities. The room was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The spa is very nice. Breakfast good. staff helpful. Tunbridge Wells is a lovely town and worth a visit. Lots of restaurants and bars and the Pantiles area is a pleasant 15 minutes walk either along the road or through the wooded area beside the road that also runs past ‘The Rocks’ and the cricket ground. »

« It is an absolute disgrace to rent out rooms in such a disgusting state. Upon our arrival, the room had clearly not been cleaned: only the bedding and towels had been changed, but the rest was a horror show. The state of the bathroom was deplorable, with a pervasive smell of urine... which is hardly surprising, given that there were still traces of urine on the floor and around the toilet rim. There was hair left on the shower walls and on the floor. In the bedroom, the carpet was filthy with...
