Hotel Collettsville

« Very nice place to stay. Great breakfast. I have no complaints. I would stay here again. »

« Our room was infested with ants. Staff completely dismissive of problem. Sprayed for ants with children in room. Was told not to expect a refund. Will never return again! »

« Ma fille a oublié ses écouteurs dans la chambre, ce qui elle a pu vérifier avec leur géolocalisation, elle a contacté le manager qui a tenté de les récupérer mais sans succès, c est donc un mauvais souvenir pour nous »

« Second time I’ve stopped by. Nice place! It’s clean, warmth and comfortable. Personal is nice. Love the breakfast, lots of choices. Definitely a place to stop by. »

« The main reason I am not happy is I booked a king room at a lower price and then when I got there it was a lot more! On top of that, they had NO king rooms available overbooked! Had to get a queen and only $25.00 credit. Not happy with this! If I am gonna pay $300 a night for 1 room for 1 night it best be the best and what I had asked for!! Very disappointed!! »

« Bon hotel. Petit dej moyen. »

« The property was extremely overpriced. There were minimal amenities, sparse room furnishings, hardly any staff members on-site and were unhelpful when you could find them. »

« Very clean. Functional, clean well designed bathroom. Friendly happy helpful staff. »

After a week we asked at the front desk for the linens to be changed. And had to ask again. It was like we were putting them out, frankly....

« Unhappy with my experience. »

« Clean room staff was friendly and helpful. »

« The property, room, bedding hardware and sheets needed to be completely cleaned up for harm free to people stay in it. »

« Its just way overpriced. Not clean or well keept, restaurant is bad, room was not ready. Nothing terrible, but for the price I think it is terrible. »

« This is one of the most charming inns! Yes, it's a bit old and the room a little small, but it's clean and super bright. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies being able to open the windows instead of having to endure the noise of the air conditioner like in all places. The front desk staff was very nice and called within a few hours of our arrival to make sure we liked our room and were comfortable. We will absolutely return here! We also fell in love with this charming...
